Group Product Manager, Customer Care Tools

The Farmer's Dog is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the Customer Care Tools pod, building experiences that genuinely improve people's lives. As a product leader, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Customer Care Tools and Intelligence (CCTI) pod, empowering our Customer Care advisors to provide iconic care and increasing customer acquisition and retention. You will partner with product, design, engineering, data, and Customer Care leadership to develop the roadmap for how internal tools evolve into consumer-facing experiences, including proactive outreach powered by data science models and customer-facing guided flows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping tools and experiences that genuinely improved people's lives.
• Experience in empowering people, thinking in systems, not just features, customer-obsessed, data-driven, AI-literate, and making smart build / buy / integrate decisions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, collaborate and inspire, and love dogs.
