Job Description
The Employer Training Coordinator is responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering workforce training programs to PACE clients and employer partners. This role designs and facilitates training programs, coordinates logistics, monitors compliance, and evaluates training outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related fields
- Experience providing training or as a teacher
- Proficient in distilling large amounts of complex information in organized and structured training courses
- Experience using e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
