The Greenridge Group is seeking a Junior Project Cost Estimator to support major public-sector construction programs with LAUSD. The role involves preparing independent cost estimates, assisting with change order pricing, and collaborating with PM/CM teams to support decision-making.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Knowledge of local construction costs (labor & materials)
- Experience with change orders and scope development
- Ability to analyze contractor estimates vs. independent estimates
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
