Job Description
The Construction Project Engineer assists project managers and estimators with bid preparation, subcontractor selection, procurement, contract administration, and claims documentation. The role involves reviewing construction drawings, tracking progress, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing quality control input. This is a client-facing position.
Requirements
- Perform pre-bid visits
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors in obtaining quotes
- Inspect and document site conditions and performance
- Prepare and track Request for Information
- Maintain schedule and budget
