Job Description
The Fuels Superintendent will oversee the work site, directing trades and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to specifications. This role involves managing the work, coordinating activities, and assisting with budget and estimate preparation. It's also required to ensure project safety and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, or Engineering with 3+ years experience (10+ years in last 10) as a Site Superintendent.
- Completion of Construction for Quality Management for Contractor course.
- Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, codes, and guidance.
