Job Description
The Guidance Center is seeking an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the administrative and clinical functioning of the ACT program, participate in direct services, and ensure adherence to ACT fidelity standards. A market-based compensation structure is offered, with a competitive salary based on transferable work experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work and full licensure (LMSW or LPC) in the State of Michigan
- At least two years of experience working with or treating adults with serious mental illness
- Supervisory experience and experience working as a member of an ACT team is preferred
- Candidate must meet the criteria for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) within 120 days of hire
- Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor (CAADC) credential or approved for a professional development plan within 30 days of hire
- Demonstrate competence in mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
