The Project Superintendent- Commercial Construction will manage field operations on assigned projects to ensure completion within budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations of commercial construction projects
• Supervise construction staff and subcontractors
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Manage project budgets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
