Requirements

• Extensive experience successfully managing complex construction projects
• 14+ years of progressive construction experience
• Strong client-facing skills
• Deep knowledge of construction means and methods
• Financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency with construction technology and software
• Familiarity with AIA contract documents and project administration best practices
