Job Description
The HeadHunter Group is seeking a Country Manager for our client, a global leader in international trade of Food and Beverage, in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in FMCG, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in FMCG
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management positions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
