Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our clients' operations in Serbia-Belgrade. The role involves strategic leadership, sales and distribution management, trade marketing, market analysis and reporting, sub-distributor and client management, compliance and risk management, and team development.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the FMCG and Beverage industry
- 5 years of experience in a senior management role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales systems and analytical tools
