Job Description
We are searching for a motivated HR Senior Recruiter to fill a challenging position in an innovative company. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the selection process, developing recruitment strategies, and supervising a recruitment team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
- Progressive work experience in local and international industry preferred
- Ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills
- Experience with online networking tools such as LinkedIn
- Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices for recruitment and hiring
- Fluent English language skills, fluency in a second language is strongly preferred
