Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Relations Specialist to provide compassionate, high-quality support to patients and health plan members across various channels.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, Chinese/Cantonese, Haitian Creole, Arabic, Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi, Korean
- Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (United States)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service is required
- Previous experience in the Healthcare sector is a plus
- Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet required
