Job Description
The HR Generalist position is a key HR partner role responsible for human resources organizational capability for assigned client groups and across the large site, focusing on employee relations and implementing HR initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction throughout the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources required, manufacturing experience preferred
- PHR, SHRM-PC preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and computer literacy
