The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting human resources organizational capability, leading on-boarding activities, implementing talent development, and contributing to human resource compliance efforts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources required, with 1 year in a leadership capacity
- Bachelor's degree, or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline preferred
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Ability to lead projects to completion
- Competent in Labor/Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Benefits and Compensation, as well as policy and procedure interpretation.
