The Manager Promotional Strategy SRGM will support the development of customer investment strategy and tactical trade promotion optimization recommendations for Sales teams supporting Hershey’s U.S. Small Format customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to help achieve Hershey’s ambition of having a best-in-class Strategic Revenue Growth Management function.
Requirements
- Identify and evaluate promotion optimization opportunities
- Develop strategic sell-in stories
- Serve as the lead for developing best-in-class Trade Strategy tools and analytical approaches
- Leverage a pioneering suite of tools to create strategic Small Format channel annual promotional guidelines and guardrails
- Develop and expand Hershey’s promotional offer innovation capabilities
- Execute complex and comprehensive analyses to support the development of channel-level and customer-level promotional strategies
