Job Description
Join a team that takes pride in keeping our community beautiful, healthy, and welcoming. As a General Housekeeper at The Highlands at Wyomissing, you'll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our campus.
Requirements
- Adheres to proper and regulatory procedures for cleaning and sanitizing the facility
- Maintains satisfactory standards in the safe and responsible use of chemicals and equipment
- Operates ride on vacuum cleaners, push vacuum and backpack vacuums to clean carpets and solid surface floors on a daily basis
- Follows floor care schedule to ensure proper floor care is completed on a daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual schedule
- Demonstrates interest in learning additional aspects of the position
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by responding to service requests with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
- Assists the maintenance department as needed in general routine maintenance tasks
- Participate in and complete all required ongoing training
