Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English
- More than 10 years of experience in public relations, integrated communications, or marketing
- Proven success in leading regional or multi-market client accounts with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of the technology, B2B, or digital ecosystem
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate client business goals into compelling communication campaigns
- Demonstrated expertise in media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement at senior and C-suite levels
- Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid-level leaders to success
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen; able to balance creative innovation with business profitability
