Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor responsible for efficiency of production while preserving the integrity and quality of products, maintaining a safe and productive working environment, coaching and supervising team members, and working collaboratively with leaders to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Coach and influence employees under supervision
• Train and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
• Directly manage daily activities and long-term objectives of department
• Conduct thorough investigations to identify and eliminate root cause of manufacturing problems
• Work collaboratively with leaders on HR, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
• Ensure staff is following work rules and GMP compliance at all times
• Deliver quality products and services through continuous improvement
• Adhere to company standards and operating procedures
