Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for efficiency of production while preserving the integrity and quality of products, maintaining a safe and productive working environment, and coaching and supervising their team members. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for a BA/BS degree in Continuous Improvement, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field, and experience in food and beverage manufacturing.

Requirements

• Coach and influence employees under your supervision
• Train and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
• Directly manage all daily activities and long-term objectives of their department
• Conduct thorough investigations to identify and eliminate the root cause of manufacturing problems
• Work collaboratively with leaders on HR, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
• Ensure staff is following the work rules at all times
• Ensure GMP compliance is adhered to at all times
• Deliver quality products and services through continuous improvement
