Job Description
The Senior Process Engineer will drive high-performance work culture by engaging with floor technicians, coaching to problem solve, and becoming self-reliant. The role involves organizing and prioritizing initiatives with plant leadership to achieve master plan and long-term vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Self-motivated and can work well with minimal direct supervision
- Capable of learning technical processes and systems
- Willing to travel for Factory Acceptance Tests (typically 1-2 times per year)
