The Jewish Board’s Adult Residential Division supports adults with serious and persistent mental illness to live in the community with as much independence as possible.
The Case Manager is a senior level of direct care staff working in supportive housing programs to help residents live independently. They carry a caseload and practice person-centered service planning, support residents in meeting individual goals, and advocate on their behalf with other service providers.
