Job Description
The Kearney Companies is seeking an experienced Asphalt Foreman to oversee and manage asphalt paving crews. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operation of the asphalt crews, while ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of all asphalt paving projects.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt paving with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
