Asphalt Paving Foreman

We are looking for an Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead our paving projects and team to success. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman or similar role, strong knowledge of paving techniques and equipment operation, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Lead and supervise the asphalt paving crew, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee paving operations to meet project specifications and deadlines
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently to protect the team and worksite
• Maintain equipment and manage materials efficiently to keep projects moving smoothly
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, and for seamless collaboration
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and teamwork
• Quickly address and resolve on-site challenges with practical solutions
• Proven experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman or similar leadership role in paving operations
• Strong knowledge of paving techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions and handling physical job demands
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
