Job Description
The Kennedy Collective is seeking a Behavior Analyst to support therapeutic, vocational, residential, and in-home service staff. The role involves developing and implementing behavior management plans, conducting training, supervising interns, and providing clinical supervision. The company emphasizes challenging the status quo, building community, and ensuring inclusion.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Special Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Four years of experience within Behavioral Health Services and/or with persons with autism.
- Four years of experience developing behavioral programs for persons with disabilities.
- Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings, weather conditions, and locations.
- Must maintain PMT and CPR certification.
