Delivery Manager - Glasgow (NHS programmes)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to lead our NHS employability programmes, transforming lives and guiding our staff to deliver high-quality work with young people. This role involves leading a team, providing strong leadership, and developing a delivery plan to meet targets and ensure every young person progresses with an appropriate pathway of learning and development.

Requirements

• Background in employment-based programmes and/or knowledge of the NHS in Scotland
• Ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships and inspire colleagues
• Optimism and resilience to engage in challenges, and be adaptive and flexible to embrace change and innovation
