The Youth Development Lead - Employability H&SC role is a permanent, full-time position at The King's Trust, with a salary range of £25,092 to £28,783. The role involves leading employability sessions, providing support and guidance to young people, and championing their needs with employers and partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a brighter future for young people and have experience in youth work, employability, and program delivery.
