Job Description
We are seeking a German speaking Customer Services Fashion & Lifestyle Advisor to work as part of our international customer support team. Your role will involve supporting customers by email, live chat or through social media, ensuring first time resolution, and maintaining excellent quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English
- Proven previous experience in a Customer Care role (face to face or in a contact centre)
- Good PC and typing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
