Join a high-performing Cybersecurity recruitment firm with international reach as a Business Development Executive. You'll play a crucial role in expanding the client base by converting target prospects into retained partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Business Development experience in recruitment or a related field
- Identify, research, and target new business leads in the Cybersecurity recruitment space
- Call and engage with target company decision-makers
- Pull 4+ new job requisitions monthly (direct or through team efforts)
- Input and manage 20+ qualified sales leads on CRM each month
- Use sales tools and platforms to communicate and track engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships aligned to long-term growth
