Job Description
Business Development Manager needed to support and drive growth across public and private sectors in the UK healthcare system. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a sound understanding of the UK healthcare system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a B2B environment engaging with senior managers
- Proven experience in drafting and delivering impactful presentations
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a business development or sales role
- Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of the competitive healthcare landscape, including NHS Improvement Agency Caps and supply frameworks
- Familiarity with vendor models such as Master Vendors and Neutral Vendors
- Sound understanding of the UK healthcare system and its structure
- Experience with client databases and CRM systems
- Good knowledge of UK geography and healthcare organisation types
