Job Description
Join The Legends Agency as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our footprint across the UK market. We're looking for a results-driven individual to make bold moves and close big wins.
Requirements
- 1+ year of proven outbound sales or BDR experience
- Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market)
- Fluent, professional English written and spoken with a neutral or UK-friendly accent
- Experience working on a CRM platform (e.g., Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Resilient, target-driven, and a true self-starter
- Able to work UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT)
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets
Benefits
- Basic salary: R17,500 - R20,000 per month
