Customer Experience Advisor supporting a growing logistics service across Europe in a hybrid role in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer service role, ideally within logistics or shipping
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal), with good understanding of Dutch
- Strong computer literacy across CRM systems, email platforms, and the MS365 suite
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
