Job Description
Lead Inbound Growth & Customer Excellence for a Top Legal Fintech as a Customer Success Manager. The role involves owning the full inbound sales funnel, inspiring and guiding a high-performing client services team, and contributing to process optimisation, strategy, and team design.
Requirements
- Bring 2+ years of closing experience in CS or Account Executive roles
- Own and convert inbound leads from first contact through to successful deal closure
- Mentor, lead, and grow a performance-driven customer success team
- Set and track clear KPIs across client service operations
- Act as a client advocate internally, balancing experience with commercial goals
- Collaborate with marketing and underwriting teams to improve lead flow and client outcomes
- Help shape the future of inbound sales by introducing scalable systems, automation, and improved workflows
- Feed client insights into product development and go-to-market strategies
Benefits
- R55 000 - R65 000 p/m salary range
