Job Description
Drive pace, focus, and high-quality output in a fast-moving remote engineering team. Lead daily delivery operations, guide delivery practices, and hold the team accountable for delivery commitments and output quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Delivery Lead, Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role
- Strong background in Agile delivery within a startup or high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
- Able to provide candid feedback and hold team members accountable
- Highly organised, persuasive, and focused on results
