Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product delivery, operations, or Agile role in a startup/scale-up
- Strong background in delivery (Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or Product Ops)
- Excellent communicator, clear, structured, and persuasive
- Skilled at breaking down ambiguity into actionable specs and tickets
- Confident running Agile rituals and leading team rhythms
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused
- Strong prioritisation and follow-through skills
