Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to help run and scale a growing UK-based marketing agency. The role involves coordinating between leadership, team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in operations, project management, executive assistant, or agency delivery roles
- Strong task, workflow, and communication skills
- Able to coordinate people as well as projects, with high attention to detail
