Job Description
As a Retail Worksite Sales Specialist, you will engage face-to-face with employees at various worksites to promote and sell individual life insurance cover, meet and exceed sales targets, and build relationships with worksite representatives and employer contacts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in long- or short-term insurance sales
- RE5 certificate
- Matric certificate
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets
- Established access to or relationships with Cape Town-based worksites (especially government or municipal sectors)
- Familiarity with PERSAL and stop-order facilities
- Competence using tablets or laptops for digital processing
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Must be based in Cape Town
