Job Description
Join a fast-moving London-based start-up building products with top influencers. As the first core designer hire, you'll work directly with founders and developers behind products used by millions, taking full ownership of the design process from branding and UI/UX design to vector illustrations and Lottie animations.
Requirements
- Design beautiful, intuitive UI/UX for mobile and web applications
- Create vector-based illustrations and SVGs in a consistent brand style
- Produce high-quality Lottie animations (Duolingo-level quality and emotional impact)
- Collaborate with founders, developers, and creators to bring ideas to life
- Build scalable design systems and component libraries
- Provide creative direction on brand identity, mascots, and motion design style
- Iterate quickly and implement feedback effectively
Benefits
