Job Description
Sales Manager for luxury travel and DMC company, responsible for driving revenue growth, representing the brand at international sales events, and developing sales strategies to grow market share in a competitive high-end travel sector.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in luxury travel sales, including 2+ years in a management capacity
- Background in Africa DMC operations or luxury tourism products preferred
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in global sales environments, with exposure to digital/e-commerce trends
- Excellent understanding of client needs, market trends, and supplier relations
- High-level communication and presentation skills
