Requirements
- 5–8+ years of senior sales leadership experience, leading and executing a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build, lead, and performance-manage regional sales leaders and their teams across South Africa
- Use market insights, data analytics, and performance trends to inform strategic sales decisions
- Establish a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
- Build engaged, motivated, and resilient sales teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Drive collaboration and alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and product teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- Oversee national sales rhythms, KPIs, forecasting, reporting, and budget alignment
