Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the candidates and service that makes them truly think we are Legendary. You will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of candidates while consistently maintaining exceptional quality in every submission.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment support/resourcer role
- Experience with ATS or CRM platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with job boards
- Experience of talking to candidates
- Some experience in a client-facing role
Benefits
- Basic salary: R24k
- Commission structure in place, on track commissions are 5-7k/month
- Quarterly bonus (On track 10% of salary)
