Recruitment Resourcer

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the recruitment team by sourcing, engaging and screening candidates for a variety of roles across different sectors. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Delivery Managers to ensure a consistent and efficient recruitment process.

Requirements

• Good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent)
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or a customer-facing role (sales, customer service, etc.)
• Comfortable using recruitment software (ATS, CRM) and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite)

Benefits

• Base Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 per month
• Commission: 2.5% on international permanent placements, 2.5% on local permanent placements, 2.5% of contract value for local contractors, 5% on 40 placements or more
