Job Description
Drive business growth and build lasting client partnerships in the healthcare sector. This remote role requires a proactive, experienced professional to take ownership of sales performance and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, client engagement, or business development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and close new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipelines, and interactions
- Deliver regular reporting on performance, trends, and opportunities
- Represent the company at online meetings, events, and industry forums
- Make 60-100 calls per day to prospects and clients
- Send 30-50 emails per day to support engagement and pipeline growth
- Maintain consistent productivity over a 5-day working week
