Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in an SDR or BDR role within B2B tech, SaaS, or energy
- Build ICP-aligned prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Expandi
- Set up and manage LinkedIn connection campaigns and track engagement in Zoho CRM
- Execute email and LinkedIn DM campaigns aligned with provided content plans
- Monitor engagement and use data to prioritise high-potential leads
- Conduct structured outbound calling and email follow-ups to book qualified meetings
- Handover leads to BDMs and support smooth scheduling of discovery calls
- Maintain accurate prospect records and report daily on outreach outcomes
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve lead quality
