The Lucky Foundation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Advisory Board of Directors. The role involves working closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed, and partnering with business leaders to evaluate talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans.
Requirements
- Continuously challenge how we work, drive improvements, and bring state-of-the-art practices into the evolution of our Acquisition Team.
- Provides guidance and direction to other recruiters and manages the recruiter’s effectiveness in meeting their performance goals.
- Increasing the quality of hire by proactively developing qualified and targeted talent pools with active and passive candidates for all business units by making use of a variety of channels.
- CRM and recruitment marketing activities to nurture the talent pools established and to ensure their continuous engagement with our company.
- Oversees the policy, process, and operations of the new hire onboarding process.
- Drives Talent Acquisition strategies and their deployment with a focus on securing a strong talent pipeline.
- Offers a consultative approach to the business, working with the different department sectors and Talent Acquisition teams to help address short and long-term staffing needs.
- Drive Talent Acquisition Team excellence in delivering against key recruitment metrics.
- Works alongside the organization to implement the best assessment tools and enhance hiring Manager capabilities.
- All other duties and responsibilities as needed.
