Job Description
We are looking for a Care Partner to join our team at The Madison Senior Living in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Have a high school diploma, or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Have computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents
- Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
- Be criminally cleared
