Job Description
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join their team at The Madison Senior Living in Kansas City, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting a positive environment. A high school diploma and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Possess computer skills
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
