The Martino Group in Denton, TX is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, respond to resident requests, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements
- General maintenance in a property management environment
- 2+ years of basic property/general facility maintenance experience
- Painting experience (preferred)
- EPA Universal certification (preferred)
- Must have a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance
- Must have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Work with minimal supervision
- Deadline and detailed oriented
- Ability to deal well with people
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge in all areas of property maintenance
