Job Description
The Martino Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to maintain properties at a high level and deliver superior service to tenants while maximizing returns for owners and investors. The role involves executing routine and preventative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and preparing apartments for new tenants.
Requirements
- EPA universal license
- 4+ years of basic property/general facility maintenance experience
- Knowledge in all areas of property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and pool maintenance
