The McKenny Group is a dynamic and growing recruitment firm specializing in matching top talent with leading companies across industries. We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development / Recruiter to join our team as a 1099 contractor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development and/or recruitment
- Strong understanding of the executive search process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets
- Comfort with remote work and virtual communication tools
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
