We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor- Family Community Support Team (FCST) Specialist- Child and Adolescent to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. As a dynamic team member, you will have opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Providing Functional Support Services to patients and families
- Case management, including an assessment of needs of the child/adolescent and family
- Active collaboration with community providers and services
- Using and developing therapeutic skills
- Consultation with medication providers, clinical staff
